ASATEEL Company Registration Process:

To start the registration process,

and click on “Start Registration Wizard”if you have any queries on the following steps below..

Add Traffic Code Number to ASATEEL Platform

a)Log-in to ASATEEL platform using your credentials. Go to “Adminitration -> Vehicle -> Vehicle Registration” then a new window will pop up.

b)Add Traffic Code Number as per the Vehicle Registration Card, then click “Search” to see the registered mobile number associated with the traffic code number entered.

c)Click “Send OTP” to receive the OTP in the registered mobile number, then “Verify and Submit” Now, all your vehicles will display on the ASATEEL Platform.

d)Select the vehicles you wish to take permit and mark as “Ready for Installation”

Device Installation, Activation & Certification from Approved Vendor

We will install ASATEEL Certified OBU (GPS Tracking Device) in each of your vehicles with Data Sim Card.

We will initiate the Tracking device activation process.

Certificate of Installation will be issued once installation is done.

Applying for the Vehicle Permit

Go to “Service Catalogue”, click “Vehicle Permit”.

Select the vehicle category (Freight Transport or Passenger Transport) then “Start”

If you vehicle operating as a Freight Transport:

Choose “Request From” as today’s date and “Request To” same as the Vehicle Registration Card expiry date and also ensure to put a “Remark” as vehicle required permit or something similar.

Upload all required supporting documents such as the Trade License, Certificate of Installation, Vehicle Registration Card, 4 side vehicle photo and Odometer photo. Then “Submit”.

If you vehicle operating as a Passenger Transport:

Choose “Request From” as today’s date and “Request To” same as the Vehicle Registration Card expiry date and also ensure to put a “Remark” as vehicle required permit or something similar.

Upload all required supporting documents such as the Trade License, Certificate of Installation, Vehicle Registration Card, 4 side vehicle photo and Odometer photo. Then “Submit”.

According to the company activity, select appropriate vehicle activity from the list. (If the vehicle is renting out, fill the “Beneficiary Name” as to whom you have rented the vehicle and upload the Beneficiary contract copy.

To start downloading the permit, Go to “Service Catalogue” -> “My Permits”. All the permits you have applied will be displayed and you can select the permit you wish to download.

Now you have a valid permit to start operating your vehicles in Abu Dhabi aligned to the ASATEEL regulations.
