1. Attach Tags
Every trolley receives a small tag—usually affixed to the handle or underneath the basket.
2. Install Readers
Strategic "chokepoints" in the store are outfitted with invisible readers:

3. Track Movement
When a trolley passes within range of a reader, its unique ID is logged, along with the timestamp and location.
4. Process Data
